Dale is a true entrepreneur, starting three successful businesses over the last 30 years, attending college during his last 2 years of high school, joining the Navy at 17 and continually working, attending college and learning business operations within large fortune 500 companies and small businesses. Possessing a vast knowledge in the Automation Business Arena, Dale has a diverse level of technology exposure and working in many areas of Automotive Automation, CNC Manufacturing, Motion Control Systems, Robotic Systems, Packaging, Metal working, stamping and automated assembly systems. These exposures to diversified processes, has provided Dale with a unique insight and understanding customer key pain areas and permits Dale with the vision to provide solutions.

Working in the Automation and Controls profession for 35 years has provided Stephen with an diverse background on many different automation platforms.

His broad based experience in conjunction with his specialized skills in Siemens S7, WinCC, Rockwell RSLogix and other PLC Development software tools, provides Stephen with an excellent overall ability to develop process and HMI software for almost any situation. His over 20 years of specific knowledge and experience running electrical maintenance system and software development in the Water/Wastewater industry is prolific and encompasses a vast understanding of the existing systems as well as enabling Stephen to provide invaluable insight into the Water/Wastewater industry operations and control systems.

Over 20 years ago, Maureen left the glamour and adventure of the travel tourism convention industry to join the accounting department at EG Controls. A numbers geek, she loves everything about accounting and has never looked back. In her spare time she enjoys birding, reading and hanging out with her grandson.

Originally form the Czech Republic, well versed in office management, Lucie is a powerhouse when it comes to client relations. If you’re communicating with the company, chances are, Lucie has a part in it. She has been in the control panel and integration industry for 15 years.

Lucie enjoys house remodeling projects, walks at the beach and traveling to new places.

Tired of the snow, Tim relocated to Jacksonville in 2019. Not sure what to be when he grew up, Tim has 2 degrees; one for each side of the brain. Graphic design and mechatronics engineering. Prior to EG Controls, Tim spent 5 years as a field sales specialist for an industrial distributor’s panel shop.

Tim’s hobbies include a passion for cars, being active and going to the beach with his girlfriend.

Prior to relocating to Florida, Eli repaired watches. That passion for figuring out the perfect way to put stuff together led him to an equipment manufacturer. In 1999, Eli began assembling and designing simple NEC panels. Then honed his CAD skills with all of that experience.

A avid sci-fi guy, Eli is a Trekkie that hopes to someday meet extra terrestrial life. When he’s not gaming with his son, Eli spends as much time as he can at the beach.

Her manufacturing and quality control experience provides Shawna with an excellent overall ability to manage and overseen all types of electrical control panel manufacturing designs.

Chris is originally from Tennessee where he says he "learned to talk right". Proud of his southern heritage, Chris is the guy with the "can-do" attitude.

A lifetime learner, Chris started at UNC in 1977 and graduated magna cum laude from UNF in 2007 with degrees in Sociology and Criminology. If you ask him, Chris will chuckle and tell you “It’s never too late to finish something you started”. He is also a grand prize winner for his literary works and a published author.
