EG Controls maintains a policy of supporting our equipment in the field.  Technical support is provided at no charge during the first year of service or during the original warranty period.  Extended warranty coverage may be purchased upon request at the time of the original purchase.

Your EG Controls local representative is your first source of technical support.  If you need assistance to find the local rep in your area, please click here to connect with our Representer Locater.  If there is no representative in your area, please complete this form and EG Controls will respond to you directly.

Please note:  Technical support is provided at no charge throughout the warranty period.  If your equipment is no longer under warranty, we may require a purchase order or a credit card number to proceed with technical support.
