Bad HMI
The HMI in your panel stopped coming on. Its past the EG panel warranty and the manufacturer warranty. The system is limping along but you know you’re on borrowed time. If EG Controls built your panel, we archived our programs since the 1980s. We can source a compatible HMI, update the programming and send you a new HMI that’s ready to drop in. Or, our engineers can write you a new program. We can ship you a drop in solution or have field services to install it for you.
Even if your panel was not built by EG Controls, we can still assist you. Our engineers are able to program for almost every manufacturer.

No Drawings
You’ve pulled up to service a lift station that has stopped working. The last guy didn’t secure the door. Between the wind and rain, one page of the drawing is still there and its mostly mush. If that panel was built by EG Controls, chances are we have that drawing in our archive. We can email a new copy straight to your phone and provide some limited phone support. Subject to support engineer availability.

Digi-Gage has failed
After 15 years, your Digi-Gage failed during a lightning storm. The panel only gets light use and when its needed, it must be operational. EG Controls has a drawing of your panel. We will build a packaged solution around our Digi-Gage Plus with a wire harness. This is our Digi-Gage Plus Retro that will work with almost any pump control panel. The Retro kit includes new updated drawings for field installation.

Obsolete Hardware
A VFD in your panel has failed and the manufacturer no longer makes that series. Sound like an expensive a nightmare? Possibly not. If the rest of the panel is in good shape, you don’t need to replace the whole panel. Our engineers will find a suitable replacement for features and size. We have a record of the parameters and will preload and test the new parameters needed so the drive just works once its installed. We can ship the finished drive to you or install it for you.

Broken hardware
You have a panel built in the 1990’s by EG Controls and it has a Logic Chassis. One of the relays or switches has wore out. A search on the internet finds that that part is no longer made and there are a lot of possible replacements. But the wrong one could really mess things up. That product was built at the EG factory in Jacksonville, Florida. We still build an updated version of the Logic Chassis today. Call us at 904-292-0110. We will need the factory number in the door. We can look up your panel and find which version of the Logic Chassis was installed. We stock the old parts and have the updated replacement parts too.
