Records for some older panels are incomplete. Send us photos and nameplate data, and we will identify the EG product and replace it with current, supported hardware.

Failed HMI

Your panel’s HMI has gone dark, past both warranties. If we built the panel, we have the program: we source a compatible HMI, update the application and ship it ready to install, or write a new program. Our field technicians can install it.

We program most major platforms, so we can help even if another shop built your panel.

Missing Drawings

You arrive at a failed lift station and the drawing is gone. If we built the panel, we likely have it archived and can email a copy to your phone, with limited phone support subject to engineer availability.

Failed Digi-Gage

A lightning strike takes out a 15-year-old Digi-Gage. Using your panel drawing, we package a Digi-Gage Plus RETRO kit with a prewired harness and updated drawings for field installation.

Obsolete VFD

A drive fails and the series is discontinued. If the rest of the panel is sound, there is no need to replace it. We select a replacement that matches features and footprint, preload and test your parameters, and ship it ready to run or install it for you.

Worn Logic Chassis

A relay or switch wears out in a 1990s panel, and the original part is no longer made. We still build an updated Logic Chassis in Jacksonville and stock both original and replacement parts. Call (904) 292-0110 with the factory number from the inner door, and we will identify your exact version.
