Liquid Level Indicator / Controller

Product Overview

The Electrogage-ECO, an electronic pressure switch, is designed for use with purge bubbler systems but can be used in any system where the liquid level is to be displayed and electrically controlled. As the liquid level increases above the bottom of the bubbler tube, the pressure increases in the purge system. The Electrogage-ECO electronic pressure switch senses this pressure and shows it clearly on its 101-segment red bar graph display. As the level rises and falls, it makes and breaks a series of programmable contacts. These contacts are then used by the control circuitry to control pumps, valves, alarms and other components.

The Electrogage-ECO electronic pressure switch has six super-smart independently programmable setpoints. The control contacts can be used to directly energize conventional electromechanical relays or PLC inputs, as desired, without any other interface devices needed.

Level control adjustments are simple and straightforward. Setpoint programming instructions are located on the faceplate. The Electrogage-ECO has an internal safety lockout switch to prevent tampering. No other adjustments or calibration are needed on the Electrogage-ECO.

The Electrogage-ECO electronic pressure switch enables the user to establish any degree of system accuracy required. Built-in compensation and linearization functions enable system accuracies of the order of +/- 0.0001% of the reading for analog inputs.

The Electrogage-ECO electronic pressure switch is made of 94V-0 UL rated self-extinguishing polycarbonate. It is designed to be mounted on a vertical surface and can be remotely located up to 1000 feet from the liquid being measured without affecting accuracy.

As the level rises and falls, it makes and breaks a series of programmable contacts. These contacts are then used by the control circuitry to control pumps, valves, alarms and other components.

All stated measurements refer to a 10-foot Electrogage-ECO electronic pressure switch. Consult factory for levels other than 10 feet.
