Phone Technical Support for an existing panel
Your EG Controls’ local representative is your first source for technical support. If there is no representative in your area or you are unsure, use this form and EG Controls will respond to you directly or connect you with your local representative. Support is provided at no charge during the warranty period. After the warranty period is expired, EG Contols will provide limited phone support for basic troubleshooting. If support is needed for an extended amount of time or an engineer needs to remote into your panel, we may require a purchase order or credit card to proceed.
