Product Overview
The Electrogage ECO is an electronic pressure switch for bubbler (purge) level systems, and works in any application where liquid level must be displayed and used for control. As level rises, back-pressure in the bubbler tube rises. The ECO senses that pressure, shows level on a 101-segment red bar graph, and opens and closes six independently programmable setpoint contacts that drive pumps, valves and alarms. The contacts drive electromechanical relays or PLC inputs directly, with no interface devices.
Setpoints are programmed from the faceplate, where instructions are printed, and an internal lockout switch prevents tampering. No calibration is required. Built-in compensation and linearization support system accuracy to ±0.0001% of reading on analog inputs. The housing is UL 94V-0 self-extinguishing polycarbonate for wall mounting, up to 1,000 feet from the measured liquid without loss of accuracy.
