Lift station system audit, Texas Gulf Coast city
The city reviewed all 65 of its lift stations. EG equipment was documented at 53 of them. Most run on EG Digi-Gage controllers, many now upgraded in place with Digi-Gage Plus retrofit kits.
Regional lift station program, Ohio Valley
About 500 sites were shipped through one representative territory from 2009 to 2018. The program covered Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, Kentucky and Tennessee.

Replaced a 28-year-old obsolete lock control system. New system uses Rockwell ControlLogix, 316 stainless steel consoles, and proportional hydraulic valves with PID gate positioning. A 2022 upgrade added an HMI overview screen, a keyed interlock bypass and position-based door crack.
